REFUND POLICY

Exchanges are valid only for damaged or incorrect items received during shipping. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note however that Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

If you’d like to make a return, please email info@endees.sx within 4 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect items. If 4 days have gone by since confirmation of delivery, we will be unable to exchange the item.

Approval of the item for return is based on the following:

        item must be unused,

        item must be in its original packaging

 

        item must be in the same condition that you received it.
